Recording & Production
The studio is geared-up to work across many musical styles. From Americana, rock, electro-pop; R&B to jazz-fusion; our state-of-the-art digital converters, microphones, outboard equipment (not to mention years of experience) will make the process effortless to ensure your recording runs smoothly. We aim to capture and create sounds to be inspired by.
Pre Production
The most crucial element to any recording and is one of our specialties here at Soundbaker. We offer objective and professional advice, help you choose your best material or even help you write your next single. Feel free to send through demos, reference material and start communicating with our producer (Rob Agostini). These all play a key role in making a successful recording.
Mixing
Mixing services are available for your project whether you’re recording at Soundbaker, at home or any other studio in the world. This service relates to mixing only and can be performed remotely by the engineer ie. the sessions are unattended, or with the artist present at an hourly rate. Either way, we encourage you to preview the mixes in your own listening environment to make final decisions. Mixing is available on a ‘per song’, ‘per release’ or ‘per hour’ basis upon request.

Mastering
We can master your track(s) in house, or arrange mastering from various credited engineers to meet your budget and time-frame. View more technical information here.
EP/Album projects
Discounts can apply for block bookings – price on application.
For album/EP projects, demo submissions are highly encouraged.

Tuition
Navigating through the plethora of online tutorial videos can be exhausting, people taking forever to get to the task at hand. You can easily get lost and waste of lot of time preventing your project moving forward. If you’re a musician, a producer or just want to get your demos down and need a hand, reach out to us for some tuition to keep things moving.

Online Songwriting
It all begins with an idea, but sometimes a fresh outlook on an idea that can never complete itself in your own wheelhouse is just the trick! Alternatively, if you wish to write a song from scratch, collaborations are fun and can make all the difference. Please note, this service only relates to the writing of the song, the production is the next step. Session files - we’ve got your back!
We care about your data, big time! We keep copies of active sessions in triplicate.
We also understand good things take time. However, if we haven’t worked on your music in 12 months, your data will be archived to make room for current artist sessions.
If you require files from years ago, we will happily retrieve the files and reinstate the sessions and an additional charge will apply. We use Dropbox and DropboxTransfer exclusively for our data, so please download your files within seven (7) days as links will expire and the service to re-upload will be charged accordingly.
